Is it really free?+
Yes. There's no monthly fee and no commission. The customer pays a small booking fee at checkout — you saw the exact amount on a £45 full set above. If you'd rather they didn't see any fee, Pro is £29/month and removes it.
I have more than one nail tech — does that work?+
Yes. Add each tech with their own hours, and clients can pick a specific tech or just the next available slot across the team. Your own seat is free; each extra tech is £8.00 a month.
What if a client pays cash on the day?+
Add the booking yourself and record it as paid in cash — it sits in the same calendar. The Free plan includes 10 cash bookings a month plus 1 for every 5 bookings paid online; Pro is unlimited.
Can I keep using a marketplace app too?+
Yes — nothing stops you. Most salons use us for regulars and their own link, and keep a marketplace only for brand-new traffic if they want it.
What about regulars who just text me?+
Send them your link once. From then on they book themselves, see your live gaps, and you stop being the receptionist between appointments.
